Refund and Cancellation Policy
How failed sessions are handled
Since this is an instant-use service, cancellations are generally not applicable once a payment is successful and the session has been activated.
If a payment succeeds but the booth does not unlock, does not complete the session, or fails because of a verified technical issue, AMG's Studio may offer a replacement session or process a refund after checking the transaction details.
Refund requests should include the payment amount, approximate payment time, and any transaction reference available from the payment provider.
